Emmanuel Tete Boye grew up at the centre of royal history — the last born of Nii Apiakai I (Jonathan Yartey Boye). He heard the names, the court cases, the land disputes, the succession lines. But there was always a problem with how that history lived: it lived in people's mouths.

Royal heritage, legal documentation, court judgements, succession records — none of it means anything if it only exists in memory. Memory is selective. Memory is generational. Memory dies with the person who holds it. And in a dispute, the side with the better story wins — not necessarily the side with the truth.

The answer is documentation. Permanent, sourced, timestamped, publicly accessible documentation that cannot be quietly rewritten when the elders are gone or when the political winds shift. A record that says: here is who we are, here is our history, here is the evidence — and it has always said this.

So he built one. As a Computer Science graduate and software engineer, Emmanuel had the technical capability. As a member of the Akwaley Anan house, he had the access, the responsibility, and the urgency. The Abeka Royal Archive is the result — a permanent digital record preserving the royal heritage, legal history, and family lineage of the Nii Boi Royal Family for every generation that comes after.
